FHA Extends Waiver of Anti-Flipping Regulations

FHA extends waiver of anti-flipping regulations through 2012. This new extension will permit buyers to continue to use FHA-insured financing to purchase HUD-owned, bank-owned or private owned properties. This will help stabilize real estate as it will allow properties to resell as quickly as possible.  (Of course, there are strict conditions that apply, like all transactions must be arms-length.)  For more, you can download this flyer.
